The best fleet management system in Kenya tracks Income and Expenses per trip per truck. All cargo on a single consignment note can be combined to raise a single invoice to the consignee.

The system generates trip summary for the truck per trip displaying the trip details, the income, the expenses incurred and the Trip Net Profit.

In case of a sub-contractor, the system can generate the sub-contractor trip summary statement displaying all the trips booked for the trucks owned by the sub-contractor and the amount due to him. The trip summary statement can also be filtered per single truck or the date range.
